2. How to File a DMCA Complaint

  • Authorized Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of Work: Description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Infringing URL: The exact background URL or location on our site where the material is located.
  • Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.

3. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon proper receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

  • We review every complaint individually.
  • We may notify the user who posted or accessed the content.
  • Repeat infringers will have their access terminated where technically feasible.
